I got an alert a few days ago about a blocked virus or something, now I can only go online with the firewall off and I keep getting security alerts telling me it’s off.

It seems like the website security codes are getting harder and harder to decipher. I’m talking about those images of scattered and distorted letters and numbers. I used to only see the images once in awhile - like for a new registration of an online service. Now I’m entering those hard to read security codes on a daily basis. It seems like most web log ins require it now. My office email system has it, my online banking requires it.
Is anyone else having trouble deciphering these codes? I used to think they were easy but they’ve become so distorted that now I have trouble. What about people with visual impairment, dyslexia, or color blindness?

I’m getting this pop-up when I try to log onto imdb. I’m not having this problem on anyother site I try to log onto and my date and time seem fine. Is this just a temporary problem? Is it dangerous to log on by clicking the “add an exception” option?

I am looking in to becoming security guard here in Chicago. I’ve researched online different places that offer the permit here in Chicago. My question is, is receiving my permit from any company ok. Is there any advantage getting my permit from one company from the other? For example if, you went to an average college vs. an ivory league college. Just wondering is it like this or it doesn’t matter what company I get my permit from.

The comercial is for optimum online, the security one. It takes place in a living room and the boy is sitting on the couch on his laptop and there are 2 body gaurds and the mom comes in.

I paid in quarterly taxes all of last year. I can’t recall how much I sent in now and I have to do my taxes tonight because I opted for an extension. Is there somewhere online that I can type in my social security number at an IRS website which will show me how much I paid in during the 4 quarters of 2007?

Is it safe to put in your social security number online, or should I just go to the store and ask for a hand written application?

I went to Apple Store, but they asked me to buy instead online since they dont have it in stock. I am now planning to get it from AT&T store. Any idea would they have in stock? I need help. My computer has been infected with Online Antivirus XP-Vista 2009 and I can’t seem to stop its persistent harassment. I looked at a room for rent in Philadelphia. The house is owned by a person who said they travel most of the year and are at the house only a few weeks each year. They want a security deposit about a month before moving in. How can I find out if the person is legit or if they are going to take my money and run? He wants a month to month deal, but I don’t think the guy has a rental agreement for me. He said that once he gets the deposit he will give me a key to the house. If I printed up a sample rental agreement found online and made him sign it will it hold up as a legal document?
