In Phantasy Star Online(ep 2), After Unlocking The Cca, Why Do I Have To Restart When I Turn It Off/save?

I had unlocked all of the securities in the Central Control Area last night(Jungle, Seaside, Mountain) and went into the unlocked door but decided that I’d wait till this morning to finish the rest, so I saved and turned off. When I turned it on, I was back to where I started! Do I really have to do this all in one shot? It might not be much after what I saw, but I’m not sure. Where’s the next “checkpoint”?

Dowloading Programmes From Online?

help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i would like to download some programmes from the internet but whenever i try download anything it comes up with a message saying:
internet explorer-security warning
name: install_messenger_nous.exe
publisher: unkown publisher
this file was blocked because this does not have a valid digital signature that verifies it’s publisher. what is a digital signature?
ok
(message ends)
so i click ok and it stops downloading and i DON’T HAVE THE PROGRAMME DOWNLOADED!
i have windows vista, brand new computer. i tried with the security settings off, i tried when they were on. i don’t know how to stop that from showing and closing the download, this happens with all programmes i attempt to dowload, PLEASE HELP! i would really like to download programmes for my computer.
any suggestions will be accepted.

i agree with tommy its a pain to get on facebook now. its ridiculous and they need to fix facebook mobile. i have never been able to successfully get the full benefit of mobile theres always a problem on it.

I’m Trying To Find Out About My Great Grand Father? I Have A Social Security Number.?

I basically have no information on him. My grandfather didn’t even know his father’s name until he was 60. But I found my grandfather’s birth certificate, and I found my great grandfather’s name on it. I did some search thing online and found what I believe is his social security number.
Is there any way online I can find more information? I have his SSN and his name. What I’m mostly looking for is if he had any kids. Can someone please direct me to a website or anything else that might be useful.
