Can I Buy Stuff Online With My Bank Of Montreal Debit Card?

I was wondering if i could buy things online with my BMO debit card without paypal because i dont want to wait for the damn 5 day to deposit money thing.
I am in Canada
because the debit card does not have the expiry date or security value number

    You can use a service called EMAIL MONEY TRANSFER (EMT) formely known as Certapay.
    The only catch is the other party has to have a bank account in Canada with one of the major 6 Canadian banks (CIBC, Royal, BMO, TD, Scotia…)
    It costs $1.50 for the service, but like you I do not like to wait and certapay (EMT) is instant and free, and safe, and cannot be reversed or used fraudulently for the most part.
