I support unborn rights and would support a pro-life amendment to the constitution, with the only acceptation for the mother’s life.
I would abolish the department of education because it’s a local and state level responsibility.
I support the right to bear arms, concealed weapons licenses, hunting, stand your ground laws, etc.
I support a 2 strikes and your out drunk driving law.
I support a his body his choice law banning infant circumcision unless it is to treat a legitimate medical condition.
I support the decriminalizing of marijuana because it is less harmful than alcohol.
I think the drinking age should be 18 to match the age of adulthood.
I think it is of the highest urgency to become and stay energy independent.
I support nuclear power and increasing the number of nuclear power plants across America.
I would push the auto makers to make electric cars available for drivers who want them.
I would set and push for goals of energy independence, curing cancer, and paying down the nation debt.
I oppose the endangered species act because it has failed to protect one species and has only given government control of people’s land.
I would raise the levels of fines on employers hiring illegal aliens.
Homeland security should only be used as an anti-terror agency and criminal law enforcement should be handled by other agencies.
I don’t believe there is such thing as a gay marriage and think we should give them the same privileges that comes with marriage but call it something else.
I think capitalism is the greatest antipoverty tool the world has ever seen and encourage the economy, not put outrageous taxes on it.
I don’t believe humans are warming up the Earth but I think we need to clean up some of the messes we are making such as air quality.
I believe in a small federal government. I don’t think the general public should even notice the federal government unless they visit their local military recruiter or post office.
No more ethanol, it causes higher grocery bills and less MPG.
I support Boone’s plan.
I support the rights of nudists to live their lifestyle on their privately owned property without the government telling them they must put clothes on.
I am a Christian but don’t think it’s the government’s job to push morality, I think morality must come from the people up. Not the government down.
I support net neutrality, and oppose bandwidth caps.
I would revert our copyright laws back to that of the Webster and Benjamin Franklin years: An item can be copyrighted for 14 years, renewable once, then falls into public domain.
We allow men to go out in public shirtless. I support amending the law allowing both genders to do the same. One gender shirtless is discrimination. I support women’s rights to breast feed in public. That is the function of the breast. I don’t think anyone has ever been harmed for seeing a breast.
I think smokers should be required to pay their own way when they get cancer and heart disease. Not get public money to fight a self imposed condition.
I would allow people to own their social security accounts and allow them to invest in a Roth IRA within their social security account so the people may build a nest egg to retire on. Each person will own their account and congress may never dip into it.
I would make it illegal for credit card companies to raise interest rates, at will, with no delinquent activity: banning universal default.
Absolutely, no more national debt. No more borrowing.
After a natural disaster, no funds should be given by the federal government to rebuild private property, only that which was owned by the public. Schools, highways, libraries, city halls, may be rebuilt by the taxpayer but not people’s privately owned property. It’s not our problem if they don’t insure their property.
I oppose bailouts of the private sector. If banks want to make bad loans to people who they know can’t afford to pay them back, so be it. They will have to own their misbehavior. Not the taxpayer.
I believe terminally ill patients should be allowed to take experimental drugs that have yet to receive FDA approval.
Lets get rid of the IRS, replace tax system with flat tax or national sales tax. The IRS and current tax code only exists to control people.
I oppose taxes on broadband internet access, sales tax on in items bought online, and regulation of online content.
I don’t believe our government is up to the task of providing national heath care and it’s much better off left in the hands of the private sector.
I think adults should legally be able to take steroids for body building if he is not competing in competitive sports.
I think daylight savings time should be expanded to a year round project.
I oppose the government regulating the content of literature, films, video games, etc.
The essay is for E-business and I am meant to discuss an airline of my choice and evaluate their business model and customer interfaces. My introduction is as follows:
Critically evaluate easyjets online business model and customer interfaces (I need to achieve 40% overall to pass module).
…………………………………..
The late 1990’s marked a period in business history during which stock markets in the western world saw their value increase rapidly from growth in the new internet sector and related fields. The internet had a colossal effect on the way in which we communicate and connectivity put more power into the hands of customers than ever before. Thus many businesses were forced to re-evaluate their business model (simply referring to the way in which they generate profits) and adopt a more customer-orientated approach.
As a result of these changes in the technological environment, the study of E-business has vastly increased in importance in recent years. Customers now expect companies, where possible, to provide a similar service online as well as offline. Business organisations are simply required to establish an online presence to remain competitive and E-business provides the basic theory needed for businesses to prosper in the online environment.
We may at first make the assumption that E-business simply refers to the buying and selling of goods in an online environment but this is certainly not the case. E-Business has a much broader definition than one may initially imagine. It includes online buying and selling but is not solely restricted to it, as it also refers to the use of internet-based technologies for information sharing and communication between suppliers, manufacturers and customers.
The internet hosts a myriad of benefits to the firm that strictly tends to its online strategy and may even become the source of a differential advantage. As an example, electronic storefronts operate all the time so sales can occur around the clock, generating much more profitable business for business organisations. Moreover, there are no overheads in running a website so a firm can vastly improve its marketing in a much more profitable manner.
Aim
We wish to discuss an airline company that reflects these benefits, which is why we have chosen easyJet to form the basis of our assignment. The aim is three-fold:
1. To critically evaluate easyJet’s online business model and customer interfaces
2. To discuss how easyJet distinguishes itself from its competitors
3. To make recommendations as to how easyJet can improve its online strategy.
I think it seems like its not addressing the question as much as it should but I just need to get a half decent mark.

WASHINGTON – The influenza vaccine given to Americans may not protect as well as expected, U.S. health officials said on Friday as the number of flu cases increased nationwide.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said slightly more than half of the influenza virus strains reported to its surveillance system are not good matches against the strains included in this flu season’s vaccine.
The number of states reporting widespread flu activity jumped to 31 this week compared with 11 a week ago, the CDC said. But Dr. Joe Bresee of the CDC’s influenza division said there are no indications this flu season is worse than usual.

“Seasonal flu activity was slow to start this year but has increased sharply in recent weeks,” Bresee told reporters.
One measure officials use to gauge the severity of the season is the number of flu-related child deaths. Bresee said the CDC has heard of six U.S. children who have died from the flu, a relatively low number compared with recent years.
Flu viruses mutate and change all the time, so every year a different vaccine is created as officials predict which particular strains will circulate.
The vaccine is designed to protect against three influenza strains — two from Type A, an H1N1 and an H3N2 version, and one for Type B.
Bresee said about 30 percent of the overall strains of influenza in the United States may be a Type A strain that emerged in Australia called H3N2 A/Brisbane. It emerged too late to be included in the flu vaccine offered in the United States beginning in September and October.
The Type B strain chosen for this year’s vaccine also was not a good match for most of the B virus strains seen in the United States this flu season, Bresee said.
“While a less-than-ideal virus match between the viruses in the vaccine and those circulating viruses can reduce vaccine effectiveness, we know from past influenza studies that the vaccine can still protect enough to make illness milder or prevent flu-related complications,” Bresee said.

Under-the-tongue vaccine could help lick the flu
Bresee noted that decisions on the composition of the annual vaccine are made about nine months before it is made available to the public in the fall, and it is sometimes hard to know that far in advance which strains will circulate.
Flu vaccines take months to make.
Bresee also said some resistance is being reported to the antiviral drug Tamiflu, made by Switzerland’s Roche Holding AG and Gilead Sciences Inc of the United States. Of the viruses tested in CDC flu labs, 4.5 percent are resistant to the drug, Bresee said.
Influenza kills an estimated 36,000 Americans in an average year, and puts 200,000 into the hospital, the CDC said.

I have recently been contracted to become a marketing arm for an unsecured debt elimination program that is not only legal and ethical but the system has been upheld by the Alabama Supreme Court. It’s very simple to do if you know how and my contractor is not divulging any of his proprietary secrets. My plan is to sell a membership to one person in every city in the US for their use as an exclusive territory. They will advertise locally at their own expense, or advertise on the many free ad sites on the Internet. The leads will call them, they will discuss the program, collect their paperwork and fees and FedEx the package to me. Once everything is in place we pay them a 25% commission ($625-$1250 per sale) until they do $250,000 in Revenue. Then they’ll increase to 30% ($875-$1500 per sale). Basically they do the legwork, we do the grunt work and they make an outstanding commission. So if they made 1 sale per week they would make over $32K per year, but if they make 3 sales a week, they’re now into a 6 figure income.
Membership fees are nominal, but they are population based. The cost for the membership will be $500 per 1M people according to the latest census. They can buy more than 1 territory. We will not advertise for customers or compete with them in their territories. Even though we are building a network of direct sales professionals this is NOT Network Marketing. This is NOT MLM in any way, shape or form and our system is only available in the USA.
There are basically 300 cities in the US that I want to sell a membership in. My question to the group is this; most of the online sources such as Craigslist, Backpage or Kijiji will only allow you to advertise for free in one city. Without actually taking out an expensive ad in 300 local newspapers around the country, what would be the fastest, easiest and least expensive way to get the word out to as many people as possible who may want to take advantage of this opportunity?
I have a website ready to go up, but I’m having a problem figuring out how to set up and acquire the squeeze page information into a database. I’ve talked with InfusionSoft about their CRM software, but it’s over $7k to start up, and $400 a month. That’s expensive for a start-up. Not to mention it kills my entire marketing budget.
Any suggestions for either problem would be very much appreciated?
I can be contacted at wealthrecoverynetwork@msn.com for more details or direct comments
Thanks for your help
Bob
say you buy something online and you submit the order and they give you the email confirmation and all that, but it hasnt shipped, can they increase the price of the order for any reason like a misstake in price listing?
You are a financial advisor with a client in the wholesale produce business that just completed its first year of operation. Due to weather conditions, the cost of acquiring produce to resell has escalated during the later part of this period. Your client mentions that because the business sell perishable goods, she has striven to maintain FIFO flow of goods. Although sales are good, the increasing cost of inventory has put the business in a tight cash position. The owner has expressed concern regarding the ability of the business to meet income tax obligations. Prepare a memorandum that identifies, explains, and justifies the inventory method that you recommend for this business owner.
Will some one point me in the right direction as to what poin ts I should make in the memo. Im having a really hard time with this class and it is online, so its not like someone is teaching me.
I have $35,000 in credit card debt. I am unable to find work in Michigan except selling on eBay, which is how I amassed most of my debt. I did well for a couple of years, but loss of sources, increased competition and slow sales over the past 2 years have left me living with my parents and barely able to make my minimum payments. I am not using my credit cards at all, and literally have no money left after bills, food and rent. (I do pay rent, which helps my Mom – it was actually her idea that I move home.) According to the online credit calculators, at my current payments, it will take me more than 6 years to pay off all my cards, that is if I can find the money. Should I just go ahead and file Chapter 7, since I’m probably stuck at my Mom’s house for the next several years, and will be lucky to find a job at Target? Would a Chapter 7 hurt my chances at finding a crappy minimum wage job? After being self-employed four years, I don’t have the resume to get a good job anyway.
I’ve applied online for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The employee at Rent-A-Car was really nice and let me use her for a reference…after talking with her for two minutes and expressing my interest in working for the company. I’m looking for some career choices that will open some doors..and to get top notch training so I can climb. I’m a college student…in the Medical Industry.(administrative) One day I want to get into administrative/ medical sales and I’m hoping that working at Enterprise will increase my experience and I can grow and get better opportunities.
My question is “The ‘product life cycle’ is sound in theory but of little use to marketing managers who have to operate in the real world”.discuss this aswer!
Actually what i know is that the product life cycle consist of four stages namely introduction, growth, maturity and decline. All stages are determine with the help of amount of sales at that stage.Like at introduction stage the sales are low, then they increase intensely in the growth stage. At maturity level, sales are constant and at decline stage sales fall rapidly.
If u know any resource online then plz let me know. thanks for your important time.

Awesome, I’m so happy with mine. Mine looked brand spanking new. Very fast, the battery does last only 1 1/2 hours, but I got an extra battery for $65 on eBay used and it works nicely. Came with Vista, but I put WinXP on mine and found all the drivers on the internet. The construction is very sturdy hard plastic, none of the cheap flimsy stuff. Overall the value is great, it feels and looks more durable than laptops of the past, and is fast. Great buy.

I bought this laptop a week ago.and received it Wednesday. Excellent condition, I would have thougt I just picked it up at a store. My only problem was when I allowed Norton Internet Security to load (60 day trial)and then brought up the internet, half way through loading, the system locked up. The only way to free it up was to manualy power down. I unistalled Norton and installed AVG Free. NO more problems !!!! This is a very fast easy to use laptop with all the bells and whistles. Also very fast shipping,3 days. VERY HAPPY

i bought the T1625 which is essentially the same specs as this, and wanted to input the impression i drew from the t1625. first off, great price, amazing features, and with a laptop cooler running $40 dollars for a middle of the road model, this laptop will run cool [the only complaint i have found on these was the heat] and you will have picked yourself up a top with features running in some cases nearly twice as much in price of a non refurbs, which will only be the refurbs of tomorrow. run all the updates through gateway, and do a clean reinstall and pertition reformat when you unpack, it, it will take a little bit of time, but will point you in a much faster direction. this laptop is highly recomended in my opinion.

This is my first purchase from TD.com, and I’m very satisfied with it. The Turion 64 dualcore processor and the 2GB of RAM make short work of everything I throw at it; I have Pidgin (my IM client), Firefox (with 3 tabs open, including YouTube), LimeWire, and uTorrent all running at the same time and there is absolutely no slowdown whatsoever. My only gripes are that it gets a little bit hot when charging, and the battery only lasts for an hour and a half; I can deal with heat and the battery can be easily upgraded. The only thing you have to worry about with refurbished products is the look, not performance; Mine came with a small scratch in the top of the case, but performs like a champ. If you don’t mind some minor cosmetic flaws, I’d definitely recommend this computer to anyone on a budget, especially at this price!

Got Enough Memory? Bet You’ll Need More!
Windows Vista and today’s software applications make much greater demands on your system’s memory. Adding peripherals, like webcams, USB hard drives, and complex Internet pages, all take memory. Watching DVD movies, or watching videos on the web, or playing PC based games demand increased memory. Shared Memory? Or Where Did My Memory Go?
Your computer uses memory to run your Operating System, applications, peripherals, and to generate and display graphics on your computer monitor. Video memory is a form of RAM, and is either built into your motherboard; or on a graphics card (video card). Depending on the motherboard’s configuration, and that of the video card (if separate or built-in to the motherboard), your computer may have to draw on its own RAM memory to meet its video memory needs. This creates shared memory, where your computer’s RAM will be shared between its own Processor (CPU) and its graphics chip.
The result is that some systems will have shared memory, some will not. If you have 2GB (for example) of system memory installed, you may notice that your system reports significantly less memory. This is because your system is using shared memory for your video.
What can you do about this?
You can actually configure this shared memory through your computer’s BIOS settings. However, this is a setting best left alone, since it is typically optimized for display performance, and making changes may impact display resolutions, and other video capabilities.
The simplest solution is usually to either: increase your system memory; or to upgrade the video hardware. By upgrading to a new video card with built-in video memory, then turning off shared memory, you will free your system to use it’s maximum potential memory, and provide your system with much more robust video features.

How Much Memory Do You Really Have?
When you look at the specifications for a computer, it will display the installed memory, and typically the maximum memory that can be installed. However, while these are real values, they represent a potential useable memory. The actual useable memory may be different from these values. The reason is simply that a computer may configured to use shared memory, which reduces the amount of RAM that is available to the CPU by using some of it for other purposes, such as for video memory. In some cases, you can control the maximum useable memory through system settings, and by upgrading to a video card that has internal onboard video memory.
But always remember, that the amount of memory that your system reports, is not always the amount of actual installed memory. If you find that you need more memory, we suggest expanding your system memory, since this is the most effective performance increase, and the one that is easiest to perform .
