Cyber Security is malware.
Personal Antivirus, Total Security and System Security, etc are themselves Adware. They are NOT antivirus programs. They are trying to get your credit card number!
For Viruses, Malware & Adware Removal
Re-boot your computer in SAFE MODE
To run it in Safe Mode, as soon as your computer turns on hit the F8 key (repeatedly) until a screen comes up
Choose Start computer in SAFE MODE with network support
Download and install Malware Bytes and AVASThttp://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-An…
Download the following ONLY if you don’t have another AntiVirus Programhttp://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-…
Run a FULL SCAN with both programs – They are FREE for about 30 – 60 days..

Your computer is infected with malware. You cannot remove malware by simply deleting files.
