I was wondering about this as I have a friend who has schizophrenia and can’t remember if he has any unpaid traffic violations in the several jurisdictions he has lived in that he hasn’t taken care of. He is paralyzed with fear at the prospect of searching any of the online resources for this information and, of course, does not wish to ask a member of law enforcement, so he was thinking that his pending case with Social Security would include a criminal warrant and background check and settle the matter.
