Google Yahoo Myspace And Facebook All Take Me To A Website That Says Its The Microsoft Security Center?

i got a virus on my computer and the antivirus software tells me that its gone, but i still cant get to these websites, i just get the very poor imitation for microsoft security center, any ideas?

    Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, update it and run a full scan. Remove everything it finds.http://www.malwarebytes.org/
