I need to get my social security card and birth certificate. [Nevada] Can I get this online? Or send in a form?

You can order your birth certificate online from vitalchek.com. For your social security card, you will have to print and fill out this form: http://www.socialsecurity.gov/online/ss-…
Mail it to your nearest Social Security office.

You can go to the social security website and apply for a new card i have done it before.
As far as your birth certificate you cannot get that online due to the ease of using it to steal someones idenity.
