My agent wishes to use a title company called “Home Title”

According to the website they are “backed by Chicago Title Insurance Company.”
What are risks I should be investigating before I go with them, and how can I confirm that they really are able to uphold their title insurance?
I am paying with cash so I have no bank to back me up…
