How Can It Be Verify That Download Has Been Completed Successfully For Administrator??
I am constructing a website that give some download services on the website by credits.How can it be determine that someone has downloaded a file successfully to can decrease his/her account??any idea to can determine that download was successfull automatically(by admin and site capabilities) or manualy(to force users to verify about it in any method)???(we use usual explorers like IE & Firefox)

At the end of the download, you could give the user a pop-up screen where they must acknowledge whether the download was successful or not. If successful, then you can close out the download and deduct from the account, if unsuccessful, you can offer the download again.
