My mum purchased an online version of Norton Internet Security 2009 which can be used on two computers and I want to use it, but I have no idea how to because they didn’t even give her an activation key or anything! I go on their website to see if I can login or download it from there and then activate later using her account or something, but I have no clue.
Heeeeeeeeeelp! It’s like they’re making impossible to get the most out of the subscription.

When your mom first installed Norton Internet Security she would have been prompted to create a “My Norton Account” which is used to track of her subscription. She should log on to the following website to obtain the Activation Key.https://www.mynortonaccount.com
Once you have the Activation Key, click on the link below to download the latest installer for Norton Internet Security. Choose “Save File” and then run the installer when it is finished downloading.http://liveupdate.symantec.com/upgrade/N…
During the installation process you will be prompted to enter the Activation Key.
When the installation is complete, launch Norton Internet Security and choose “Run LiveUpdate.” When the updates have been installed, restart your computer.
