How Do I Get My Security Cameras Streaming On My Website Via. Dreamweaver Cs3/mx?

Ok, so I am at dreamweaver>flash>streaming video. What do I do to get streaming video? I am at the “rtmp” part and I don’t know where to get the rtmp:// server address!? My website is http://under-nation.com and it is registered with netfirms. If you can help please do!
