How Do I Remove Bt Yahoo Dashboard So I Can Install The New Security Software Mcafee Offered By Bt?
i am trying to install mcafee the new security offered by bt online but I have to remove bt yahoo dashboard first I don’t know how to do this I don’t even think I have got this but I am unable to get protection until i have successfully removed it Help
i have checked on line for you and it was something to do with norton which was the old security with bt, so you may have norton installed on your computer.
i would suggest that you log off line, go to programs and features (add/remove if your running xp) and remove anything norton from your computer, then connect on line and go straight to bt site and download their new software immediately, once you have done this and its installed ok do a full system
if you are unsure of anything please contact bt over the phone if your worried about going on line, found a number for bt net protection 0800 111 4567 maybe give them a call first
