How Do I Scan A Website Link For Virus Using Norton Internet Security?

Posted by Conversion Expert | Website Security | Sunday 8 November 2009 10:18 pm

I only want to see if this one website link is legitimate, or contains a virus. Can I do it without opening it? Can I do it without running a complete system scan? Note: I have not opened this link.

hi, that maybe a virus, perhaps you can try Norton to remove the virus. but you need to pay for the software.
i also recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.
besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.
firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.
    download firefox for free:

The program should prevent any computer viruses from infecting your machine.
You should use a firewall as well.
