  I think you need to clarify… what exactly is the problem you are having?
  If you are having a problem with your Norton software then you would contact Symantec technical support since you have paid them for that support.
  If you do not want to contact them then you would need to clarify why exactly you do not want to contact them.
  If you cannot activate downloaded features… then if it is a Norton feature you have downloaded… I would assume that if you downloaded a feature that you did not purchase then it will probably not work until you purchase a subscription for it… but technical support for the product would be who to contact and not a bunch of strangers on yahoo.
