Should it take 50 yrs for a government to prolong an issue?
If they give equal opportunities to every citizen irrespective of his colour, caste, religion or whateva the F. This will instantly remove the resentment and hatred between communities eventually leading to acceptance of one another and most importantly embracing one another.
Conversions are another big menace of the society. It is creating resentment even between the ordinary hindus and christians. Do you agree with me, my fella indian?
Once you remove caste/religion based reservation from the indian constitution then all this politics itself will stop and they’ll become indian first rather than dalits or kshytrias or brahmans! How about that for unity?
How about “education awareness campaigns” to promote education amongst the backward classes instead of reservation which has only resulted in snatching away the fundamental rights of some sections of hindu religion? This reservation policy has fallen flat on its face. 50 yrs is a long time to commit the same mistakes.
How about “temple for all” campaign in temples to increase awareness amongst the higher castes to embrace lower caste people in temples?
If there is discrimination against higher or lower castes then “affirmative action” like in U.S should become the law not just for lower castes but higher castes too who face treamondous discrimination!
Universal health care will make this country get away from the path of america’s capitalistic healthcare system (One big blunder in the history of U.S is non availibility of universal health care). We are not too far from america.
This will also make Dr manmohan singh say in the future, “Indians have the first right at country’s resources”. You got it right. It’ll make him a little less communal.
