We are a motorcycle manufacturing in China for 17 years but we are foreign joint-venture and we invested in Japan “H” technology to ensure a certain technical aspect. How can we call back the customer trust to China product? when china have been facing the international products’ qualities issues.!!!

Trust is built on credibility. If you operate in a country where the trust is broken and the credibility is weakened, you have a big challenge ahead of you in regaining that trust.
Focus your efforts on your company and its manufacturing processes – not on the location.
Hire a 3rd party (outside of China) to do some quality tests/checks for your company. Then publish those test results in your marketing and public relations materials.
Invite reputable consumer reviewers to review your motorcycles – publish the reviews.
Contact past customers and ask for reference letters or quotes. Publish those in your marketing and public relations materials.
All of this effort depends on your company being very good at what it does: manufacturing a safe, high quality motorcycle product.
Offer a good warranty and stand by it. People in the US were suspicious of Hyndai (Korean) when they first were imported. Then they offered 10 year/100,000 mile warranty. Now they have a significant share of the market because of it.
