How To Reset Online The Password Of Yahoo Account?

I couldn’t reset the password of my Yahoo account online, the fault report was: Sorry, your password can’t be reset online.
Someone could help me to reset password online? how i could answer the security question to reset password?

  Yahoo has been doing upgrading and maintenance work, this can cause things to act squirrelly. If something does not work properly, then try it again. If it still does not work, sign out of Yahoo.
  Then delete your temporary Internet files, history and cookies, some computers need to reboot. Once done, go back into Yahoo and see if that has helped. If you continue to have trouble, contact service representative and explain the problem to them.
