I Changed My Wireless Security From Wpa To Wep So I Could Use My Nintendo Ds Online And The Ds Worked, But…?
now my computer doesn’t detect the wireless. It only works if plugged into the router. I changed back to WPA and it still doesn’t detect. My computer is a laptop, so I want wi-fi.
Is there a way for the computer and DS to work?

open up your list if wireless network connections and click advanced settings wich should be on the side then click the tab wireless networks. select your network and hit properties. and change the network authentication to shared.
You need to go into the adapter on your laptop and change the settings for the new WEP security.
wpa wpe messes up everything i dont use it im farenough away from people so they cant use it on me..your wireless com can assist you if you have a wireless router..steve
