I Have A Wachovia Gift Card And I Am Trying To Make A Purchase Online……?

My gift card keeps being rejected whenever I try to make online purchases. I tried to register it at the Wachovia gift card site and it says that it’s already activated. I tried to log into my gift card account but I don’t know my password. I tried to have my password emailed to me but it says I’m lacking some sort of security info after I’ve entered my card number and email address. Anyone have suggestions as what I need to do?

  See if there is a 800 number for customer service on the card. If not, call Wachovia.
