I Have Had Terrible Times With My Stalker/hacker ?

giving me viruses and corrupting files SO i am armed to the max with firewalls on down.Do i have to leave it on 24/7 or can i unplug my computer when done, just to be safe.He Has tried 500 times since yesterday to get in and my firewall Thanks in advance everyone.

  There is or are multiple posts being put on here on a daily basis with viruses on them.
  You must be extremely diligent in not opening, but immediately acknowledging and reporting these instances as they are are increasing in numbers..
  If you do not have a good reason to trust the link Do NOT
  open it.
