I’m Looking For A Bank That Will Accept Paper Checks Mailed To It Directly From My Customers.?

I do not plan to provide my customers with deposit slips.
Some of my customers mail paper checks to me. Then I mail their check to my bank. Ideally I would prefer not to handle their paper checks at all.
I am aware that currently many banks accept scanned images of paper checks. But I prefer not to handle the paper checks at all. Also, I’m aware that there are companies that provide electronic services that would enable me to charge a customer’s checking account if my customers were to provide me with his or her routing number, account number, bank name, and signed authorization.
However, many of my customers are conservative and would prefer to simply mail out a paper check. I’m hoping to give these customers the address of a bank so that they will mail their paper checks to that bank instead of to me. I imagine that such a bank would scan each check that was deposited. Then I would be able to log in to the bank’s website and verify that a check from a particular customer cleared.

All banks will accept mail deposits, however the customer has to endorse the check to you.
On the back of the check, they will write your business name and your account number (the customer cannot remove money with your account number).

Distribute deposit slips to your customers and have them send it with their check to the bank.
