Is Boom Securities (hong Kong Online Stockbroker) Reliable And Stable? Anyone Here That Uses Boom.com? ?

I am thinking of opening an account with Boom Securities (www.boom.com) for stock trading. However, would like to know if they are a risky stock brokerage firm to get into?
Is anybody reading this based in Hong Kong? Any feedback on BOOM securities?
