perhaps you should try using a hacking program. There are several IP tracking out there (I guess). Try using Wi-fi slax (I guess)

You can google “I.P. trace” on google this should get you some free sites to try.
You will only be able to obtain the country, state, region of the state, and service provider. Any more detailed information you would need a warrant to obtain records from the service provider.
I do not know of any other legal way to obtain detailed information concerning an I.P. address.

You can only trace the IP address back to the service provider. If you want to know more, then you will have to contact that provider.
