My Btyahoo Online Protection Has Suddenly Decided That It Is Not Authenticated

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but I now get the error message “Norton Security Online has a licebs or subscription problem”. Can anyone help?

  I had a similar problem on an xp machine and it was a faulty hard drive. I then bought a vista 64 bit model and norton does not support it through b.t. You could try reinstalling the browser or talk to b.t online through b.t help to resolve the problem.

  Sounds weird, But try and install AVG to get rid of any virus you might have well it could be a virus, Other wise I dont know sorry
