I just completed 5 Chapters of Online Traffic School. When I went to take the Final Exam, it told me I have 2 options:
1. To go thru a website to verify my identity by looking up my credit, and asking me questions. This costs $5
2. Go to a “NOTARY PUBLIC” to verify who I am.
Problem is, I have NO idea WHAT a Notary Public is, or where to find one.
Other problem, I’m not sure I have credit…I have a Debit Card, but have never had a Credit Card.
Can someone PLEASE help me???
