I am a mexican citizen and I have lived in the US since I was 2. I am not a resident but im not illegal because I have a valid social security card. Until my papers are fixed I want to go to college but my community college says I have to pay out of state fees. I need to find an online school that operates out of mexico so I can recieve financial aid or it be cheaper.
