Hello.
You first need a SAFE Web browser.. I do not recommend IE. I recommend OPERA even over firefox.
Also, get a free website advisor which will make sure the site you are on is legit and is not a scam.
I recommend mcafee site advisor.
If you do not have a security program let me make some suggestions…
