Please Where Can I Go To Complain Online?

I do my order online, the site accepts my credit card and gets the money and say your order is currently on hold for security purpose
I send many e-mails but never reply???
what can I do ? I live in Amman Jordan country , Thanks.

    I think you might be screwed. Sounds like you go scammed BIG time. Please consider getting your credit card cancelled and reissued with a new number, because whomever has your money, also has your credit card number.
    ALWAYS make sure a site is encrypted and legitimate before sending money to ANYONE!!

    contact your credit card compnay and see if they can help.

    Do a charge back on your credit card. Call the number on the back of your credit card and tell them what happened and they will help you do the charge back.
