My computer is infected by the vista internet security. I have looked multiple places online and they say to run anti-malware. I tried doing that and it found nothing. I don’t know what to do. any suggestions?

did you put your computer into safe mode to run the software?
Reboot and keep pressing f8 and choose safemode with networking
