We Are A Group That Has Recently Developed A Way On How To Help With The Problem Identity Theft.?

We have been working on how to solve the problem on identity theft. We came up with the idea of using a USB(universal serial bus) memory drive to store information. It would be safer from hackers because it would have a thumbprint scanner, encrypted data, and up to a 14 digit pasword. We were wondering if anyone had any Input on this Idea.
