Where Can I Learn About Internet And It Security, Utilizing It And Delivering Services?

Preferably through reading a book or through interactive software, but I’d possibly consider enrolling in online classes. I’m considering beginning a small online based business focused on IT security, and before doing so it would be prudent to learn as much as possible before beginning such an enterprise.
