What would you need your ssn# for online? Who is asking for it? Do you realize that if someone gets it they can go open bank accounts, credit cards etc in your name, never pay a dime on them, and then when you are at an age where you want to rent an apartment, buy a car or get a student loan you will be denied because your identity was stolen years ago? Be thankful your parents have your card stashed away somewhere and you do not know your #. Your parents probably have your social security card in a safe place.
