Why Do I Get Redirected (from A Valid Site) When I Click On Link After A Search?

I have up to date antivirus and verified that my computer is not infected. Example: I search for cadillac, click on link (www.cadillac.com) and all of a sudden a local cadillac dealership website is wear I am taken to. I have verified that the link is current by copy and pasting it into my title bar and it takes me right there. Also, at the same time I am being redirected I can hear a beep letting me know. I want to know how to prevent this from happening. Any help greatly appreciated as this is a very annoying problem. Thanks.
