Why My Account Been Deactivated For Security Reason? How Can I Resolve This Issue?
I made an online credit card purchase for my yahoo voice limits, as instructed i followed the activation requirement and provided the required information. However, my account can yet be used due to yahoo security reason which very likely due to my wrong info. submitted in my first attempt.
let me know if you figure this one out plz. i didnt know you had to purchase and activate yahoo voice. i use yahoo chat all of the time (if that is what you are speaking of…) and I never had to purchase anything for the voice on it.
You need to reset the account
that would be it contact them by e-mail or phone google yahoo for their customer care number
Get in touch with yahoo customer service they will be able to help you out. If you gave the wrong information for you credit card , you want have to worry as your card want be charge for the service because it would not have went through.
