Ok, I foolishly applied for a job online and gave my Social Security Number. Now i’m scared that it will be stolen. The job was for jcpenneys and I have not gotten a call back from them for an interview… so i’m scared that it was a scam. It was from snag-a-job and the directed me to the jcpenney website. Now that my SSN has been stolen, what should I do? Is my life over?
